Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering Catering To You By James for your upcoming event. We are committed to providing all the professional services required to make your event an absolute success. Please understand that once your booking has been confirmed we reserve staff, kitchen time and provisions, and may need to refuse other events that wish to book our services. To ensure your requests and our requirements are understood, thoroughly review the following terms and conditions and contact us with any questions.
Catering Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required at the time the catering is contracted to insure the date and time of your function. For your convenience, we gladly accept cash, checks, or credit cards.
We reserve the right to substitute or replace any menu item if it is unobtainable due to seasonal factors or any reason outside of our control. We will of course seek to obtain your approval should this become necessary.
The Final Menu and Final Guest Count is due seven (7) days prior to the contracted event date. We will endeavor to accommodate any reasonable increases, but regret that we cannot accommodate any drop in numbers.
If the number of guests has increased significantly from that originally contracted, we may re-cost the event.
The Final Balance is due on the contracted event date.
Client must be responsible for all changes made to contracted event in writing on the Contracted Catering Invoice.
Cancellations must be made in writing 72-hours prior to the contracted event, or the Contracted Event final balance becomes Non-refundable.
Catering to You by James does not accept liability for any delay or failure to provide services as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control e.g. extreme weather conditions, city power outages, lock-out etc.
