Mini triangles of phyllo puff pastry stuffed with our own Mediterranean Blend of Spinach, Feta, garlic and spices
Chicken or Beef Satay:
with spicy peanut sauce
served with assorted mustard
with ranch dressing
Chimichangas (chicken or beef):
stuffed mini burrito deep fried & served with sour cream and salsa
filled with pork and vegetables with sweet & spicy dipping sauce
with seafood or parmesan mushroom

served with sweet & sour sauce & hot mustard

Small plate: Serves approximately 10 – 15 guests

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Peppers:
Fresh jalapeno halves wrapped in bacon, stuffed with cream cheese and smoked black pepper.
Lamb Loin Pops:
Served with a sweet and spicy raspberry chipotle sauce.
Wild Mushroom Phyllo Cups:
stuffed with a wild mix of mushrooms (shiitake, morel, chantalle, porcine, black trumpet) & prosciutto then topped with fresh herbs and broiled.
