We smoke our own salmon in house and then blend it very subtly into a classic deviled egg.
Very light and delicate, served with an assortment of crackers.

Rounds of Brie wrapped in several layers of phi-lo pastry and baked to a golden perfection
We have an amazing pastry chef working with us bringing anything from her take on Tiramisu to gluten free chocolate torts
Anything from a traditional selection of imported Olives and curchions to baby root veggies and crudities.
Gourmet or Domestic Cheese Displays:
One of our specialties: We work directly with a major cheese vendor and can source anything from aged Italian specialties to very locally produced goat, sheep and raw cows milk selections.
Sea Salt Crusted Beef Tenderloin:
Shrimp Cocktail served with elegance.
